Portsmouth, RI - Helen A Thomas, 93, of Bristol and formerly of 1194 Anthony Road, Portsmouth, RI, died Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Silver Creek Manor, Bristol, RI.She was the wife of the late Floyd E. Thomas. Born in Tiverton, RI on Feb. 23, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Frederick C and Martha Fraits Wilbour.Mrs. Thomas worked as a secretary for the Government at Melville Marina during WWII. She also worked for Adaday Carcross Calendar Company and Mount Hope Machinery as a secretary. Mrs. Thomas and her husband ran Weatherheads Antique Shop for many years in Portsmouth, RI. She leaves her sister Ethel C Tamraz of Chicago, IL as well as many nieces and nephews.She was the sister of the late Frederick Clark Wilbour Jr. and Hazel S Martin. Her funeral will be held at a later date. Burial will be private.Calling hours are respectfully omitted
