Middletown, - Helen C. Soares Bradley, 81, of 6 Jude Street Middletown, died Friday, March 7, 2003 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI.She was the wife of the late Ernest W. Bradley. Born in Newport, RI on January 28, 1922, she was the daughter of the late David S. and Mary Silvia Soares.Mrs. Bradley graduated from Rogers High School. She was active in ?Bowlerettes? and the Monarch League bowling leagues. Mrs. Bradley was a communicant of Jesus Saviour Church. She is survived by her son Alan Bradley of Middletown, RI, her daughter Joan C. Siegrist of West Warwick, RI, and four grandchildren.She was the mother of the late Gail McLaughlin and the sister of the late David Soares, John Soares, Jesse Soares, Frank Macedo, Manuel Macedo, Joseph Swartz, Mary McWeeney, Anna Byrne and Alice Parker.Her funeral will be held on Monday, March 10, 2003, at 8:00 AM from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9:00 AM in Jesus Saviour Church, Broadway And Vernon Avenue, Newport. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown.
