Newport, RI - Helen Silvia Francis, 81, of 103 Park Holm, Newport, RI, died Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI.She was the wife of the late Raymond P. Francis. Born in Newport, RI on July 20, 1930, she was the daughter of the late John and Minnie Clark Silvia. She is survived by her children, Donald Fox of Newport, RI, Sheila Rowland of Providence, RI and Joan Francis of Newport, RI, her brother William Silvia of Florida, her sister Marion Reynolds of Newport, RI, her grandchildren, Charlie Fox, Michele Fox, Denise Fox, June Fox, Angelina Ford, Tasha Francis, Jacob Francis, Jordan Francis and Jaylynn Ford, and eight great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Thomas Fox, Charles Fox and the sister of the late Ernest Silvia, Harry Silvia and Dorothy Pulice. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, from 4-7pm in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.Her funeral will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at 11:00am, in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.
