Helena Jillson-Goodman

Tiverton, RI - Helena Bourne Jillson-Goodman, 91, passed at home in Tiverton, RI, January 25, 2008 with her beloved family present. She was the wife of the late Irven F. Jillson-Goodman, Architect. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late James Lewis and Marjorie Lind Bourne, sister of J. Lewis, Jr. and Lillian Bourne.She attended RI State College U.R.I., where she was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority.She also attended Katharine Gibbs Secretarial School in Providence, RI.She was a member of the RI Historical Society, the Audubon Society and a charter member of Saint Marks Episcopal Church in Warwick, RI.She enjoyed gardening, growing orchids and traveling.She is survived by three daughters, Barbara G. Blease of Tiverton, RI, Martha J. Goodman of Cumberland, RI, and Marjorie G. Barnes of Somerset, MA, two grandchildren, Heather Jillson Blease of Newton, MA, and Nancy B. Considine of South Hampton, NH, and two great- grandchildren, Kylie Jillson and Conor George Considine.
