Ilene S. Barrow

Ilene Sterling Barrow, 70, of 2 Wedgewood Drive Middletown, died Saturday, June 8, 2002 in the Newport Hospital. She made her home at 2 Wedgewood Drive Middletown, RI. She was the wife of Paul E. Barrow. Born in Blue Springs, Neb, on October 18, 1931, she was the daughter of the late William and Flora Koseck Sterling. Mr. and Mrs. Barrow had been married for 49 years last April and had made their home in Middletown for 37 years. Mrs. Barrow was an avid bowler playing in the ladies league at the Aquidneck Lanes and had been secretary of the ladies league. She is survived by her husband Paul E. Barrow of Middletown, RI, three sons Patrick M. Barrow of Meriden, CT., Timothy S. Barrow and Michael Barrow both of Middletown, RI, her brother Carl Sterlilng of Minden, NV, her sister Arene Rickard of Colorado Springs, CO., and three grandchildren. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2002, at 11:00AM in the Memorial Funeral Home 375 Broadway. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.
