Jane L. Heyward

Jane Louise Heyward, age 47, passed away at home on Thursday, January 22, 2015.Born on April 14, 1967, in Christchurch, NZ, to loving parents Margaret Ann (Barclay) Heyward and Brian Francis Heyward. She was loved by her husband Scott Innes-Jones.Jane graduated from Canterbury University with a B.A. in Art History and then completed a Diploma in Business Studies with honors at Lincoln College University.She loved to travel and visited the world over. She had lived in NZ, France, England and then the United States.Jane will especially be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor, her tender heart and great mind.In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her brother, James Heyward, of Auckland, NZ and her sister, Katie Wilding, of North Canterbury, NZ.A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at 12:00 noon at IRYS, 449 Thames Street, Newport, RI 02840.In lieu of flowers, and Janes love of animals, donations in her memory may be made to the Potter League for Animals, PO Box 412, Newport, RI 02840.
