Portsmouth, - Janet Casey Butler, 81, of 125 Quaker Hill Lane Portsmouth, formerly of Dedham, MA and Siesta Key, FL, died Thursday, September 18, 2003 at Grand Islander Health Care Center Middletown, RI.She was the wife of the late Robert H. Butler. Born in Watertown, MA on November 23, 1921, she was the daughter of the late William and Edna Brine Casey. She is survived by her son Robert H. Butler Jr. of Arnold, MD, her daughter Carol Boesch of Middletown, RI, her brother William Casey of Hopkinton, MA, her sister Katherine Collins of Chelmsford, MA, five grandsons Geoff Butler of Burlington, VT, Marc Butler of Somerville, MA, Neil Butler of Arnold, MD, Hunter Boesch and Colton Boesch both of Middletown, RI, and her great granddaughter Sylvie Rose Althea of Burlington, VT.Her funeral will be held on Monday, September 22, 2003, at 10:30AM, from the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, with a Mass of Christian burial at 12:00PM, in St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial will be private. Donations in her memory may be made to the Visiting Nurse Services Of Newport Bristol Counties, 1184 East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871.
