Middletown, RI - Janet Lee Seyler, 64, of 214 Rogers Lane, Middletown, RI, died Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at home in Middletown, RI. Born in Oil City, PA on Aug. 10, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Martha Riley Seyler.Janet was an avid bingo player and a big fan of Elvis. She enjoyed going to bingo at the Middletown Knights of Columbus. Janet was also a member of the Middletown FOP. She is survived by her siblings Doris Schuster of Middletown, RI , William Seyler of AL, Arthur Seyler of Pine Valley, NY, Shirley Reed of Pensacola, FL, Sarah Kriz of Bellport, NY, and Ruth Bailey of Vallejo, CA, and her local nieces and nephews David Clark, Kathleen Nelson, James Clark, Victoria Zell, Robert Schuster, Charles Schuster, Kimberly Clark, and nephew and godson Rex Robert Byrd III and goddaughter Danielle Ray, as well as many more nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews She is also survived by her longtime companion, Richard Pine of Middletown.Calling hours will be held Monday, August 23 from 11:00am-12:00pm in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.Her funeral will be held on Monday at 12:00 Noon in Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.
