Jean E. Souza Williams Providence, RI - Jean E. Souza Williams, 48, of 3704 Cincinnati Street, Northport, RI, formerly of 1802 Battement Court, Severn, MD and Portsmouth, RI, died Sunday, August 31, 2008 at Philip Hulitar Center, Providence, RI. Born in Newport, RI on Aug. 4, 1960, she was the daughter of Arthur and Betsy Bjerke Souza of Pawtucket, RI.Jean was a 1978 graduate of Portsmouth High School and had attended St. Anthonys Church. Besides her parents she leaves her children Anthony A. Souza of Severn, MD and Jennifer Downs of Beaver Creek, PA. She also leaves a sister Cathy Hansen of Pawtucket, RI, as well as her grandson Marsaih Thornton. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 9:00a, at from the Connors Funeral Home 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am Anthonys Church, 2836 East Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery, Middletown.Calling hours will be held on Friday evening from 4-8pm in the funeral home.
