Jeannine M. (Bell) Williamson, 83, of Cordeiro Terrace, Middletown, RI, died on Monday, July 7, 2014 at the Grand Islander Healthcare Center in Middletown.She was the wife of 62 years to Jasper C. Williamson.Born in Manville, RI on December 26, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Emery and Germaine (Mandeville) Bell.Mrs. Williamson was a graduate of St. Katherine's School and was a longtime employee of Newport Oil and Sail Newport. She was an avid reader and square dancer with the Town Howlers.In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Neal J. Williamson and his wife, Dee, of ,Seattle, WA, Debora A. McNatt and her husband, David, of Jacksonville, FL, and John E. Williamson and his partner, Michele, of North Kingstown, RI; her siblings, Rose Marie Kane of Middletown, RI and William Bell of Bristol, RI; her grandchildren, Matthew Horan and his wife, Tomoe, of Fall River, MA, Nicole Horan of Newport, RI and Kamerhe Lane of Norwalk, IA; and her great-grandchildren, Arion, Sakura and Yuuka.She was predeceased by her brother, Arthur Bell.Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2014 from 4-7 pm in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, RI.Her funeral service will be held on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 10 am in the funeral home.Burial will follow in St. Columba Cemetery, Middletown, RI.
