Joan Wetherell Peckham

CRAWFORDVILLE, FL - Joan Wetherell Peckham, 71, of Crawfordville, FL, formerly of Newport, RI, died Monday, November 28, 2005 in Tallahassee, Florida. She was the wife of Robert G. Peckham of Crawfordville, FL. Born in Newport, RI on October 8, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Grace Stone Wetherell. Mrs. Peckham was a resident of Crawfordville for 22 years, moving from Jacksonville, FL. Besides her husband of 34 years she is survived by her children Robert Raistrick of West Hartford, CT, Donna Raistrick of Perryville, RI, and Breanna Raistrick of Orlando, FL, her brother Howard C. Wetherell of Jacksonville, FL, her sisters Gail Paiva of Portsmouth, RI, and Linda Miranda of Little Compton, RI, her eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2005 at 10:00AM at Newport Memorial Park in Middletown. Calling hours will be held on Friday December 2, 2005 from 6-8PM in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.
