Joanne St. Pierre

Joanne St. Pierre, 57, of Wolcott Avenue, Middletown, RI, died at home on June 15, 2012. She was born on December 11, 1954 in Fall River, MA.A 1972 graduate of Middletown High School, she held a certificate in Medical Assistant/Medical Billing and worked for Child and Family Services for many years.Joanne loved to travel and do outside activities and camping. She was very much involved in animal charities and events.She leaves behind her longtime partner, Richard Temple of Middletown, RI; her parents, James and Loretta (Brousseau) Clarkson of Middletown, RI; two brothers, Steve St. Pierre of Taylorsville, NC and Wes Clarkson of Middletown, RI; three sisters, Linda James of Yorktown, VA, Cheryl Pare' of Assonet, MA and Christine Long of Middletown, RI; and eight nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be private.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Potter League for Animals, PO Box 412, Newport, RI 02840.
