John A. Reynolds

Newport, RI - John A. Reynolds, 80, of 16 Poplar Street, Newport, RI, died Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI. He was the husband of Marion L. Silvia Reynolds. Born in Newport, RI on October 13, 1926, he was the son of the late Elmer and Katherine Greenman Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds served in the United States Navy and the Air Force. He was a plumber for 32 years for Chaves Heating and Plumbing Company Besides his wife of 56 years, he is survived by his children John A. Reynolds, Jr. and Cheryl L. Reynolds both of Portsmouth, RI, his brother Elmer A. Reynolds and his sister Doris Rosa both of Newport, RI, his grandsons Jason Reynolds of Newport, RI, and Peter Reynolds of Portsmouth, RI, his great grandchildren Zoey Reynolds, Jasmine Reynolds and Samantha Reynolds all of Tiverton, RI and several nieces and nephews.He was the brother of the late William Reynolds.
