John William Toulan, Iii

Tiverton, RI - John William Toulan, III, 54, of 69 Nanaquaket Road, Tiverton, RI, passed away Monday, December 28, 2009 at home surrounded by his family.He was the husband of Deborah Chace Toulan. Born in Boston, MA on May 27, 1955, he was the son of Lillian E. McDermott Toulan of Fall River, MA and the late John W. Toulan, Jr. Mr. Toulan graduated from St. Edwards High School in Lakewood, OH and also attended Roger Williams University and URI. He was Vice President of Sales Marketing at Chace Leather Products of Fall River for over 21 years. John was a former treasurer of the Tiverton Yacht Club and a former youth soccer coach. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and boating and was an avid New England Patriots fan. Besides his wife of 26 years and his mother he is survived by his sons Christopher and Jamieson Toulan of Tiverton, RI, his sister Mary Toulan Dunn of Assonet, MA, and his nieces and nephews.He was the father of the late John William Billy Toulan, IV. His funeral will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2009, at 10:00 am in St. Christophers Church, 1584 Main Road, Tiverton.Burial will be privateCalling hours will be held on Friday, January 1, 2010, from 4-7pm in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI.
