Jose P. Faustino, Jr

Middletown, RI - Jose P. Faustino, Jr., 76, of 58 Vaucluse Avenue, Middletown, RI, died Monday, August 6, 2007 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI. He was the husband of Rose E. Escobar Faustino to whom he was married for 51 years. Born in Portugal, on April 24, 1931, he was the son of the late Jose P. and Rose Faustino. Mr. Faustino worked for Peckham Brothers as a construction laborer, retiring in 1996. Besides his wife he is survived by his son Matthew J. Faustino of Little Compton, RI, his daughter Alice R. Wallace of Middletown, RI, his grandson Nathan Wallace of Bristol, RI and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2007, at 11:00am, in Newport Memorial Park, Vaucluse Avenue, Middletown.
