Born in Newport, RI on March 18, 1958, he was the son of Gloria Holt Coite of Newport, RI and the late George M. Coite. Besides his mother, he is survived by his sister Gloria Farios of Newport, RI. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2012, at 11:00 am in the Community Baptist Church, 50 Dr. Marcus F. Wheatland Boulevard, Newport. Burial will be private.
