Kenneth Burley

Newport, RI - Kenneth Burley, 52, of 90 Girard Avenue, Newport, RI, died Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Newport Hospital. Born in San Antonio, TX on June 17, 1957, he was the son of the late Floyd and Virginia Hughes Burley.Mr. Burley served for three years in the National Guard. He was a graduate of Johnson and Wales and worked as a chef in several Newport Restaurants. Mr. Burley was a very loving and caring father, brother and grandfather. He is survived by his fiance Regina Whitmire, his children, Kenneth Burley, Robert Allen Carson and Nicole Carson, his brother Steven Burley of Newport, RI, his sister Andrea Regina Burley of Newark, NJ and ten grandchildren.Visitation will be held on Friday, January 8, 2010, from 1-3PM and 5-7PM in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, RI.You never said Im leaving You never said good-bye You were gone before I knew it, And only Allah knew why.
