Leah E. Mosley

Leah E. Mosley, of Newport, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Newport Hospital in Newport, RI surrounded by family. Mrs. Mosley was born March 6, 1955 in Taunton, MA. She is the daughter of the Dorothy (Barboza) Duarte and the late Joseph Duarte. She is survived by her children; Charmaine Duarte of Pawtucket, RI., Azure Duarte of Newport, RI and Jantiel Mosely of Newport, RI. She is also survived by her sister, Gerri Duarte of Virginia Beach,VA; her granddaughters, Ariana Alves and Josephine Clayborne; her great grandson, Xzavier Ferreira; Three nieces, two nephews, six great nieces, one great nephew, and many cousins and friends. Calling hours will be on Saturday January 30, 2016 from 2-4 pm in the Memorial Funeral Home 375 Broadway in Newport. A prayer service will be held at 3pm on Saturday January 30, 2016. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations are appreciated.
