Lenard Perry

Lenard James Perry, 56, of Middletown, lost his fight with cancer on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, in Middletown, RI. Lenny was the life partner of Carolyn Forst. Born in Newport, RI, on April 26, 1957, he was the son of the late Joseph S. Perry II and Marguerite (Borsare) Perry. Lenny was an avid Harley Davidson fan and enjoyed bike week in Daytona, FL every year. He loved life and enjoyed every minute of it. He was loved by many, remembered by all, and will be forgotten by no one. He is survived by his sons, Lenard Perry of Portsmouth, RI, and Jacob J. Perry of Portsmouth, RI, his grandson Brayden Perry, his brothers Joseph Perry and Michael Perry, both of Middletown, RI, his sisters Claudia Powell of Hope Valley, RI, Jodi Cochrane of Warwick, RI.He is preceded in death by his sister Tourjee Pydynkowski, formerly of Florida. A celebration of his life will be held at Rusty's, Wave Ave, Middletown, on Sunday, June 9, 2013, from 1:00-5:00pm. All friends are welcomed. Memorial donations may be made to assist his family during the services at Rusty's.
