Linda Raye Hubbard

MIDDLETOWN, RI - Linda Raye Hubbard, 46, of 6 Orville Drive, Middletown, RI, died Monday, November 21, 2005, at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, RI Born in Ft. Dix, NJ, on July 31, 1959, she was the daughter of Marlene Livermon Hubbard of Middletown, RI and the late Luther Brown Hubbard. Prior to her illness, Linda had worked at the 7-11 on West Main Road in Middletown, and as a prep cook for the Village House Nursing Home in Newport. She had also worked at Raytheon in Portsmouth. Linda was a member of the Community Baptist Church in Newport, and loved attending the River of Life Church in Providence, RI. She was an avid bingo player at the Middletown Knights of Columbus Hall. She was a Graduate of Rogers High School, Class of 1978. Besides her mother, she is survived by two brothers Michael A. Hubbard Sr. of East Providence, RI, and Ronald A. Hubbard Sr. of North Kingstown, RI, two nephews Ronald A. Hubbard Jr. of Providence, RI, and Michael A. Hubbard Jr. of East Providence, RI, and her niece Micayla Janee Hubbard of East Providence, RI. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2005, at 12 Noon in the Community Baptist Church, 50 Dr. Marcus Wheatland Boulevard, Newport. Burial will be in Middletown Cemetery in Middletown.Calling hours will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2005, from 11:00-12:00 Noon in the Community Baptist Church.
