Portsmouth, RI - Loretta Joyce Weber, 87, of Newport, formerly of Portsmouth, died Monday, December 23, 2013 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI. She was the wife of the late Raymond P. Weber. Born in Elkview, WV on February 21, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Thora Grose. She worked for the Chamber of Commerce as a secretary. She is survived by her daughter Susan Louise Sullivan of Portsmouth, RI, and her granddaughters, Amelia Sullivan and Emma Sullivan.
