Lorraine V. Valcourt

Middletown, - Lorraine V. Grande Valcourt, 68, of 5 Orville Drive Middletown, RI, died Saturday, December 20, 2003 at home.She was the wife of the late Lloyd Jerry Harris Born in South Boston, MA on August 1, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Alexander Grande and Martha OBrien Grande. Mrs. Valcourt was part owner of Grande Brothers Masonry, her family business. After retirement she also worked for Pickles Deli in Middletown, Hills Office Supply, Sturms Appliances and Chartier Real Estate. She was a member of Saint Lucys Church, Middletown. She is survived by her son Lloyd J. Harris Jr. of Middletown, RI, her daughter Suzann Harris of Middletown, RI, her brother Al Grande of Middletown, RI, two sisters Frances Camara of Newport, RI, and Nicky Morris of Warren, RI, three granddaughters Jillian Harris, Krista Harris and Nina Harris all of Middletown, RI, two grandsons Christopher Sirr and Jonathan Sirr both of Middletown, RI.She was the mother of the late Jackie Harris-Sirr. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 26, 2003 at 10:00am in Saint Lucys Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown. Burial will follow in St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown.Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home 375 Broadway Newport, RI 02840
