Louise Frances Woodall

Middletown, RI - Louise F. Sherwood Woodall, 92, formerly of Blenheim Newport Middletown, and Reservoir Road, Middletown, died Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at Heatherwood Nursing And Subacute Center Newport, RI. She was the wife of the late Marvin E. ?Woody? Woodall. Born in Newport, RI on May 15, 1911, she was the daughter of the late John and Helena Dowd Sherwood. Mrs. Woodall was a Communicant of St. Marys Church in Newport and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She was a former member of the Middletown Senior Citizens Center. Born and raised in the fifth ward of Newport, Mrs. Woodall moved to Middletown in the mid 1960?s. She is survived by her son Marvin J. Woodall of Williamsburg, VA; her daughter Grace H. Szaro of South Kingstown, RI, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.She was the sister of the late Casper Sherwood, Mary Heald and Alice Cinqmars.Her funeral will be held on Friday, March 26, 2004, at 8:00AM, from the Hambly Funeral Home ?Brick House?, 30 Red Cross Avenue, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9:00AM in St. Marys Church, Spring Street, Newport. Burial will follow at Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.
