Lucille I. Sicilia

Newport, RI - Lucille I. Dufresne Sicilia, 90, of St. Clare Home Newport formerly of 28C Earl Avenue, Newport, RI, died Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Newport Hospital. She was the wife of the late Anthony Sicilia. Born in Fall River, MA on Dec. 26, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Rose Richard Dufresne.Mrs. Sicilia was a clerk for 25 years at Raytheon. She was a communicant of St. Augustins Church. Mrs. Sicilia was an avid reader, loved card playing and board games. She loved nothing more then spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Sicilia wintered in Lake Havasu City Arizona with her daughter Toni. She leaves her daughters Diane Towey and her husband James of Middletown, RI and Toni Tracey and her husband Jeffrey of Lake Havasu City, AZ. She also leaves her grandsons Matthew Towey of Coventry, Christopher Towey of Bristol, Nicholas Gibbons of Phoenix, AZ, Zachary Gibbons of Lake Havasu City, AZ and five great grandchildren.She was the sister of the late George Dufresne, Edmund Dufresne, Theodore Dufresne, Alice Perreira, Evelyn Vincent, Mary Servant and Blanche Caron.
