He was the husband of Theresa Toppa Roque to whom he was married to for 67 years. Born in Middletown, RI, on June 13, 1917, he was the son of the late Manuel and Helen Mederios Roque.Mr. Roque had worked as the general manager for Newport Ready Mix for forty years. He was also a Communicant of St. Marys Church in Newport.
