Margaret Theresa Morris

Middletown, - Margaret Theresa Kardel Morris, 69, of 91 Park Holm, Newport, died Saturday, May 10, 2003 at the Grand Islander Nursing Home.She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Morris. Born in Newport, RI on March 1, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Edward Lawrence Kardel and Susan Marie Oakley Kardel. She is survived by two sons Thomas J. Morris Jr. of Newport, RI and Keith E. Morris of Chepachet, RI, three daughters Jean A. Hanson of Hudson, FL, Melanie M. Kilmer of Middletown, RI and Donna L. Sherman of Lakeland, FL, her brother Paul Kardel of Somerset, MA, three sisters Mary Herterick, Barbara Hendriques and Carol Craft all of Middletown, RI, twenty grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.She was the mother of the late Raymond P. Morris and the sister of the late Edward Kardel and Eugene Kardel.Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2003, at 11:00am in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park, Middletown.
