Portsmouth, RI - Marian N. Pimental Aguiar, 85, of Union Street, Portsmouth, RI, died Friday, March 18, 2011 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI.She was the wife of the late Francis J. Aguiar. Born in Newport, RI on August 8, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Pimental Pimental.Mrs. Aguiar was a communicant of St. Barnabas Church. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Carol H. Young of Cranston, RI and many nieces and nephews.She was the mother of the late Paul J. Aguiar, and sister of the late Joseph Pimental, John Pimental, Dennis Mike Pimental, Mary Pimental, Isabel Pimental, Agnes Pimental, Helen Oliveira and Genevieve Silvia.Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2011, from 4-7pm, in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI. Her funeral will be held on Monday, March 21, 2011, at 9:00am, from the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am, in St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road, Portsmouth.Burial will be in St. Columbas Cemetery in Middletown.
