Portsmouth, RI - Marion Lois Horton Trout, 88, formerly of Portsmouth, RI, died Monday, December 13, 2010 at Silver Creek Manor, Bristol, RI.She was the wife of the late Andrew C. Trout.Born in Pawtucket, RI on December 5, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Annie Dalton Horton.Mrs. Trout worked for many years as a sales clerk for Almacs and First National Grocery Stores. She was a member of Portsmouth Friends Church.She leaves her children, Paul Trout and his wife Susan of Bristol, RI, James R Trout and his wife Pamela of Colorado Springs, CO, Eleanor Lois Adams and her husband Nathan of Sebastian, FL, and Elaine Ann Rymer and her husband Curtis also of Sebastian, FL. She also leaves her brother Paul L Horton and his wife Marjorie of San Diego, CA, six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren as well as three nephews.. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at 10:00am, in Portsmouth Evangelical Friends Church, 11 Middle Road, Portsmouth.Burial will follow in the churchyard.Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
