Mark G. Mutty

Mark Gerard Mutty, of Portsmouth died Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at home. Born July 21, 1956 in Arlington, MA, he was the son of the late John B. and Clare Sullivan (Hartnett) Mutty. Mark worked for 40 years as a manager for Little Harbor Shipyard in Portsmouth. Mark enjoyed reading a good book. He is survived by his daughter Rebecca Mutty of Tiverton, RI, his step-son Dylan Kesson of Tiverton, RI, his brothers, Daniel Mutty of Portsmouth, RI, John Mutty of Carmel Heights, CA, Paul Mutty of Bainbridge Island, Washington, and Michael Mutty of Arlington, VA, and his sisters, Joan McPartlin of Annandale, VA, Virginia Michna of San Diego, CA, and Katherine Sinclair of Westfield, MA. Calling hours will be held on, Saturday, August 11, 2012, from 10-12pm in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, followed by a service at 12:00PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in care of Dan Mutty, for Becca's Education Trust Fund.
