Mary G. Kilpatrick

Mary G. (Marenna) Kilpatrick, 92, of Riverview Avenue, Bristol, RI, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at home with her family at her side.She was the wife of 67 years to the late Frank M. Kilpatrick who died in 2009.Born in Bristol, CT on October 22, 2013, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Dora (Onofrio) Marenna.Mary was employed at the former First National Grocery Store for 35 years before retiring. In retirement, she and her husband spent time between Florida and Cape Cod before moving to Bristol, RI. She loved traveling the world and enjoyed fishing, jig-saw puzzles, and was an accomplished cook.She is survived by her daughter, Mary S. Roth "Mickie" and her husband Steven; her grandchildren, Julie Drolet and her husband Michael of Bristol, RI, and Scott Roth and his wife Kim of Bristol, RI; her great-grandchildren, Jason Santos and his wife Melissa of Tiverton, RI, Matthew Santos Drolet, Devon Drolet and Marcelle Drolet, all of Bristol, RI; her great-great grandson, Zachary Santos of Tiverton, RI; her three brothers, Ralph, Domenic and Peter Marenna; and her sister, Susan Colapinto. She was predeceased by her sister Carmella Sanchirico and her brother Appy Marenna.Her funeral services will be private.In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory may be made to VNS Hospice, 1184 East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871.
