Portsmouth, RI - Mary Gloria (Couto) Souza, 94, of Portsmouth, died Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Newport Hospital.She was the wife of Frank Souza of Portsmouth.Born in Little Compton, RI, on December 24, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Mary (Rapoza) Couto.Mary was a very loving and caring wife and friend. She was a devoted Navy wife, often being without her husband for a year or more at a time.
