Mary Louise Geer

Middletown, RI - Mary Louise Nees Geer, 91, of 11 Wood Road Middletown, RI, formerly of Bayview Park, Middletown, RI and Garnerville, NY, died Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at Grand Islander Health Care Center Middletown, RI.She was the wife of the late James A Geer. Born in New York, NY on February 26, 1912, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Wienke Nees.Mrs. Geer was a communicant of St. Marys Church. She is survived by her son James W. Geer of Middletown, RI, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.She was the sister of the late Josephine Bergmann, Lillian Dupont, Leona Marino and Margaret Modica. Her funeral will be held on Friday, February 6, 2003, at 8:00 AM from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9:00 AM in St. Marys Church, Spring Street, Newport. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown.Donations in her memory may be made to the Grand Islander Health Care Center, Patient Activities Fund, 333 Green End Avenue, Middletown, RI 02842.
