Newport, - Mary ?Maxine? Reeve McDaniel, 61, of 15 A Callender Avenue Newport, died Monday, February 10, 2003 at home. Born in Aurora, IL on October 15, 1941, she was the daughter of the late James Norman and Alice Richardson Reeve. Maxine believed in living life to the fullest. She was a beloved sister, aunt, friend and mother. She had a huge heart that was rivaled only by her zest for life. She had a wonderful collection of friends whom she cherished and a close family who loved her and will miss her dearly.She is survived by three sons Harry Zambrano and John ?Jay? Zambrano both of Portsmouth, RI, and Charles McDaniel of Newport, RI, her daughter Ellen Zambrano of Newport, RI, two brothers William Reeve and Charles Reeve both of Bristol, RI, three sisters Elizabeth McCarthy of Newport, RI, Jane Gray of Elizabeth City, NC, and Beatrice Passquarello of Spring Valley, CA, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.She was the sister of the late Barbara Dennis and Ellen Reeve. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2003, at 11:00 AM in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.
