Vista, CA - Michael J. Clark, Sr., formerly of Newport, RI, passed away on March 19, 2012 in Vista, CA.He was the son of the late Alfred J. Clark and Doris Vars Clark Lalli, and the step-son of the late Francis J. Lalli.He was a teacher at Rogers High School for 18 years.He leaves four children, Linda Sweeney and her husband Gregg of Tampa, FL, Michael J. Clark Jr. and his wife Donna of Vista, CA, Christine Clark of La Cresenta, CA and Kathleen Saltzman of Tampa, FL, his loving grandchildren, Lindsey McGeowan of Newport, RI, Madison and Brennan of Tampa, FL, Ben and Nathan Saltzman of Tampa, FL, Kendall, Brieana, and Shane of Vista, CA, and Isabella Vargo of La Crasenta, CA.He was the brother of Geraldine Clark Grande and her husband Alexander, Michael H. Lalli and his wife Carolyn and Peter Lalli and his wife Nancy. He was the former husband of Claire Clark of FL. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 11:00am in St. Josephs Church, Broadway, Newport, RI. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
