Emily Taussig Whitney Sherman

Sherman, Emily T.W. of Newport died Friday, June 7th in her 100th year. She was the daughter of Vice-Admiral and Mrs. Joseph K. Taussig and was married to the late Henry W. Whitney of New York and the late William A. Sherman of Newport. She leaves a son Jeremiah W. Whitney of Louisville, Colorado, a daughter Deborah Whitney McCain of Newport, step-daughter Sally Sherman Sadler of Hollis, N.H. and 6 grand children and 8 great grand children.
