Middletown, RI - Patricia A. Larsen, 70, of Middletown, RI, died Friday, September 20, 2013 at Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI.She was the wife of Ernest C. Larsen.Born in Newport, RI on July 24, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Fredrick G. and Geraldine (Sylvia) Reeve.Mrs. Larsen worked as a computer librarian for Raytheon for 15 years, retiring in 1990. She was a member of the United States Equestrian Federation, the New England Horseman's Council, and the Rhode Island Horseman's Association. Mrs. Larsen was also a member of the Aquidneck Island All Vets. She loved to play bocce and avidly attended horse shows. Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Bryan P. Sullivan of Middletown, RI, her stepdaughters, Charlene A. Aukerman of Knoxville, TN, and Shirley A. Echevarria and Michelle A. Catalan of Middletown, RI, four grandchildren, one great grandson and one great granddaughter.She was predeceased by her daughter, Stacey L. Ferguson.Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, from 9:00-10:00AM in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.Her service will follow at 10:00AM in the funeral home.Burial will take place in Newport Memorial Park, Howland Avenue, Middletown, RI.
