Joan A Browning, age 76, of Newport died Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI. Ms. Browning was born December 14, 1935 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late John and the late Eva Dina. She was a member of the VFW in Middletown, RI She is survived by her daughters: Sally Browning of Newport, RI, Janeva Webb of North Carolina, Stacey Fralick and her husband Billy of North Carolina. She is also survived by 4 grand children and 7 great grand children.She is preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Browning. At the request of the family calling hours are omitted.
