Nancy Jane Bednarski

Tiverton, RI - Nancy Jane Sudol Bednarski, 56, of 135 Hambly Road Tiverton, formerly of Tallman Ave Portsmouth, died Thursday, February 17, 2005 at home in Tiverton, RI. She is the wife of Gary Bednarski. Born in Woonsocket, RI on January 12, 1949, she was the daughter of Winifred Drouin Sudol of Middletown, RI and the late Joseph Sudol. Mrs. Bednarski previously worked at Shaw?s in Middletown for several years. Known to so many as Grandma, Auntie and Mom, she always opened her door to help others. She enjoyed crafts including knitting and decorating. Besides her husband and mother she is survived by three sons Michael Bednarski of Portsmouth, RI, Brian Bednarski of Morristown, NJ and Jason Bednarski of Seattle, WA, three grandchildren, Michelle, Kaitlyn and Kristin Bednarski, her brother William Sudol of Hebron, CT, and two sisters Barbara Irvine of Vancouver, WA and Elaine Poitras of Woonsocket, RI. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2005, at 4:00 PM in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth.Donations may be made to the Robert Potter League for Animals 87 Oliphant Lane Middletown, RI 02842.
