Natalie Louise Rodriques

Middletown, - Natalie Louise Dennis Rodriques, 82, of the Grand Islander Health Care Center, 333 Green End Avenue, Middletown, formerly of 40 Alicia Circle, Tiverton, died Friday, March 5, 2004 at the Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown, RI. Born in Portsmouth, RI on September 25, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Richmond C. and Maude N. Sowle Dennis. Mrs. Rodriques had worked as a telephone operator with the New England Telephone Company from 1949 until 1961. From 1961 until 1964 she had worked as a receptionist for Butler Chevrolet of East Providence, RI. She had also worked as a receptionist from 1971 until 1973 at Lyons Furniture of Fall River, MA. She is survived by a son Edward A. Almeida Jr., of Auburn, MA, two daughters Norma Silvia Portsmouth, RI, and Ann Almeida Comstock Park, MI, a half brother Alexander Allan III of Spring Hope, NC, two step brothers and one step sister, 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Richmond C. Dennis Jr., and step sister of the late Barbara Spaulding. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2004, at 10:00AM, in the Portsmouth Cemetery, Turnpike Avenue, Portsmouth.
