After his graduation from PHS in June of 2013, Noah attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. At the time of his death, he was a sophomore about to participate in an Associate's Degree celebration, prior to continuing on for a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Science. Noah dearly loved spending time with his family and friends. His aptitude for science and his love of nature lead him to be passionate about sustainable energy and community-based farming. He enjoyed hiking and planned a trip this summer on the Appalachian Trail.
