NEWPORT, RI - Nona Marie Harris Busch, 84, of 36 Thurston Avenue, Newport, RI, died Saturday, March 4, 2006, at Forest Farm Health Care Center, Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Joseph Arthur Busch. Born in Fall River, MA on September 5, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Eva Levesque Harris. Mrs. Busch was a communicant of St. Josephs Church. She was a member of a bowling league at the former Aquidneck Lanes. Mrs. Busch was an avid boater. She is survived by her daughters Joyce Quinn of Middletown, RI, Donna Kerwin of Portsmouth, RI, and Robyn A. Peterson of Middletown, RI, her sisters Fay Allen of Middletown, RI, and Jeanette Norris of Mathiston, MS, five grandchildren Tracy Taber and Kimberly Kestler both of Middletown, RI, Christopher Kerwin of Springfield, MA, Rebecca Cody of Newport, RI and Casey Peterson of Middletown, RI, and seven great-grandchildren Victoria Bove, Joey Bove, Nicholas Taber and Nicole Quin Kestler all of Middletown, RI, Hayden P. Kerwin of Spingfield, MA, and Bobby Christopher Cody and Austin M. Cody both of Newport, RI. She was the sister of the late Charles Harris and Eva Shelton. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2006, at 9:00AM from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00AM in St. Josephs Church, Broadway And Mann Avenue, Newport. Burial will be in St. Columbas Cemetery in Middletown.Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, from 5-8PM in the Memorial Funeral Home.
