Sears, 86, of the John Clarke Nursing Center, Middletown, formerly of 62 Ryder Road, Harwich, MA, and Reise Terrace, Portsmouth, RI, died Monday, January 17, 2005 at the John Clarke Nursing Center, Middletown, RI.He was the husband of the late Mary K. Drag Sears. Born in Boston, MA, on May 2, 1918, he was the son of the late Otto and Matilda Ewart Sears. Mr. Sears had worked as an accountant for the Department of the Navy, for 30 years, retiring in 1975. He was a Veteran of the US Army, serving during WWII. He was a Communicant of Holy Trinity Church in Harwich, MA. Mr. Sears was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Harwich, MA. Mr. Sears had enjoyed traveling throughout the world with his wife Mary, especially, to visit his family in Ireland. He was very devoted to his Irish Ancestory. He is survived by two sons Andrew F. Sears of Wilbraham, MA, and Michael J. Sears of Tiverton, RI, a daughter Katherine J. Sears of Portsmouth, RI, twin sisters Madeline Williams of Dorchester, MA, and Dorothy McLeod of Ashland, MA, and two grandsons Andrew F. Sears Jr. of New York City, NY, and James H.
