Paul J. Aguiar Cranston, RI - Paul J. Aguiar, 55, of 1416 Plainfield Pike Cranston, died Monday, July 12, 2004 at home.He was the husband of Carol H. Young. Born in Newport, RI on Feb. 9, 1949, he was the son of Francis J. and Marian N Pimental Aguiar of Portsmouth. Mr. Aguiar was a sales representative for various manufacturing companies. He was a graduate of Portsmouth High School and went onto receive his BA in history from URI. Mr. Aquiar received his MA in history from Providence College.He was a member of the SPNEA Society of the Preservation of New England Antiquities. His funeral will be held Saturday, July 17, at 9:00AM from the Connors Funeral Home 55 West Main Road Portsmouth with a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 AM in St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery in Portsmouth.Donations in his memory may be made to the Providence Rescue League 34 Elbow Street Providence, RI 02903.
