Pauline Theresa Ferreira Middletown, RI - Pauline Theresa Ferreira, 82, of John Clarke Nursing Home, Middletown, RI, formerly of 37 Farewell Street, Newport, died Monday, September 3, 2007 at the center. She was the wife of the late Joseph C. Ferreira. Born in Manhatten, NY on August 2, 1925, she was the daughter of the late James and Edna Barros.Mrs. Ferreira had worked as a housekeeper for Dr. Joseph Blumen for over 25 years, retiring in 1983. She also ran a day care center out of her home for many years. Mrs. Ferreira had attended St. Marys Catholic Church. She is survived by her son Joseph Anthony Ferreira of Leominster, MA, her daughter Christian M. Ferreira of Newport, RI, her grandchildren Michael Ferreira and Sakuna Ferreira both of Georgia and her great grandchildren Teddy Silvia and Makala Silvia both of Georgia. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2007, at 10:00 a.m, in Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter.
