Pauline Wall

Pauline D. Wall, 83, of 182 Park Holm, Newport, RI, died Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at home. She was the wife of the late Larry L. Wall, USN, Ret.Born in Brockton, MA on July 27, 1926 and raised her family in Newport. Over the last several years, she loved playing Bingo at the Middletown Knights of Columbus and the Fall River Knights of Columbus. She enjoyed the company of her neighbors and was constantly busy taking care of everyone. Nothing meant more to her than her family and friends.She was the mother of fourteen children, Bruce Wall and Larry Wall, Jr. of Portsmouth, RI, Steven Wall of Newport, RI, Paul Hill of Providence, James Hill of Florida, Marilyn Wall Seliga of Newport, RI, Carolyn Wall Ocasio of Buffalo, NY, Sherry Wall Sanders of Newport, RI, Dorothy Hill Mock of Ohio, Patricia Hill Spencer of Missouri, Leona Hill Gonzales of New Jersey, Linda Hill Harrison of Newport, RI, Brenda Hill Lindell of North Kingstown, RI and the late Donald Ray Wall. She is also survived by many grandchildren , great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 13, 2009, from 4:00-8:00pm in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009, at a time to be announced in Middletown Cemetery, Turner and Wyatt Road.
