Peter C. CardFramingham, MA - Peter C Card, 82, of 485 Franklin St., Framingham, Ma, formerly of Middletown, R.I., died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Kathleen Daniel Nursing Home, Framingham, MA. He was the husband of the late Eleanore Pawlotsky Card.Born in New York, NY on Feb. 27, 1928, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary Chafee Card.Mr. Card served in the US Navy during the Korean War as an electronics Technician. Mr. Card was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints in Middletown, RI. He was a long time member of St. Pauls Masonic Lodge, also in Middletown. Mr. Card was an avid HAMM radio enthusiast and enjoyed making friends all over the world. He also enjoyed square dancing and loved classical music.He is survived by his son Peter C. Card Jr. of Middletown, R.I. His funeral will be held on Thursday August 19, 2010, at 9:30 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 177 Miantonomi Ave., Middletown. Burial will be in Juniper Hill Cemetery in Bristol, followed by a luncheon at the church.Calling hours will be held Wednesday August 18, 2010 from 4-7 pm in the Funeral Home.
