Philip Davison

Philip Edward Davison passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the age of 85. Philip was the only child of Edward and Eunice Davison and grew up in Whitman, Massachusetts. He leaves behind his wife, Judith Davison; his three children and their spouses, Stephen and Kym Davison, John and Mandy Davison, and Susan Flis and Tory Flis; and his grandchildren, Jason Davison, Grace Flis, and Annie Flis.

My dad was kind and gentle, but also steady and strong. He loved ancient history, especially Egyptian. He was an avid gardener. He liked the opera and the symphony. He was fascinated by nature and truly felt awe in its presence. And he loved to travel.

There will be no services at this time. However, we can all honor my dad by learning from history and using that knowledge to make the world a better place for everyone.
