Portsmouth, RI - Phyllis E. Greenhalgh Marshall, 80, of 497 Boyds Lane Portsmouth, RI, died Saturday, December 9, 2006.She was the wife the the late Richard Nathaniel Marshall.Born in Fall River, MA on October 29, 1926, she was the daughter of the late John Wilson and Anne Moore Greenhalgh.Mrs. Marshall was a member of United Congregational Church in Little Compton. She was a member of the Portsmouth Senior Center, and the Green Thumb Club at the Portsmouth Senior Center. Mrs. Marshall along with her husband, were avid campers, having belonged to the Good Sams Seaside Sams Camping Association and the North American Family Campers Association, Quahoag Chapter 48.She is survived by her daughter Joyce M. Frady and her husband Michael of Little Compton, RI, and her granddaughters Kristen E. Frady and Rachel N. Frady both of Little Compton, RI.Her funeral will be held on Friday, December 15, 2006, at 11:00am, in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI.Relatives and friends are invited to attend.Call hours will be Friday morning from 9:30am to 11:00am in the funeral home.Burial will take place in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River, MA.Donations in her memory may be made to the Phyllis Marshall Memorial Fund, C/O United Congregational Church, PO Box 506, Little Compton, RI 02837.
