Phyllis May Sinclair

Portsmouth, - Phyllis May Montgomery Sinclair, 73, of 348 West Main Road Portsmouth, died Sunday, July 13, 2003 at St. Elizabeths Manor Bristol, RI. She was the wife of Robert Duncan Sinclair of Portsmouth, RI. Born in Swansea, MA on June 23, 1930, she was the daughter of the late John and Caroline Pierce Montgomery. Mrs. Sinclair was a 1948 graduate of Dufee High School in Fall River. She worked at Berkshire Hathaway in Fall River as an inspector from 1947 to 1951, then at Anderson Little in the Aquidneck Shopping Center and the Maher Center as an aide and driver in the late 1960s. She is survived by her husband Robert Duncan Sinclair of Portsmouth, RI, her son Bruce Montgomery Sinclair of Westport, MA, her daughter Susan Carol Griffin of Little Compton, RI, and three Grandchildren. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2003, at 11:00AM, in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial will be in Portsmouth Cemetery in Portsmouth.
