Newport, RI - Robert Campbell Lamb, Jr., 41, of 3 Hunter Avenue Newport, RI, formerly of New Zealand, died Friday, January 16, 2004 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI.He was the husband of Yvonne Sellar Lamb. Born in Barrhead, Scotland, on February 17, 1962, he was the son of the late Agnes Pattison Lamb and Robert C. Lamb Sr. of Wellington, New Zealand. Mr. Lamb emigrated to New Zealand from Scotland with his family in 1972. He then moved to the United States in 2001. Besides his wife and father he is survived by his brother John Lamb of Wellington, New Zealand and his sister Rose Drummond of Auckland, New Zealand, and two nieces and a nephew in New Zealand and a niece and nephew in Middletown, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2004, at 9:00AM, in St. Marys Church, Spring Street, Newport. Committal prayers will follow in the Atlantic Cremation Service chapel.
